i) To facilitate all the creation of finals promotional materials ENTRIES ARE AUGUST 26 & 27. 

WE ARE TAKING THE 12 CONTESTANTS TO THE FINALS.  

 

ii) We ask all finalists to bring either a silent auction item or raffle basket to finals to help raise money for the association​

iii) As is customary with the CGRA finals there will be the following dress themes for each performance.  It is encouraged but not mandatory to participate in the themes.

Friday - retro, Saturday am - Sparkly, Saturday - Classic, Sunday - Turquoise

iv) The Saturday night banquet is where we celebrate our season leaders. Doors open for the banquet at 7:00, dinner is at 7:30 pm. It is mandatory for each contestant to purchase a ticket.

v) If you have someone to nominate for Cowgirl of the Year, please fill out the form below.

vi) Please fill out the form at the link below with your program information.  Even if your not in the top 12 but may roll forward then please fill out.  Forms are due by Thursday Aug 22 at 10:00 am.

vii) It is your responsibility to read the rule book especially the section related to the finals.
